Our Fully Managed Service:

• Carry out thorough reference and credit checks using an independent credit referencing company
• Prepare a tenancy agreement to comply with the current law
• Prepare a comprehensive inventory of the property, to include photographs
• Collect the first advance rental payment and deposit
• Check the tenant into the property
• Register the deposit and provide the tenant with the required documents
• Carry out periodic inspections and deal with any maintenance issues
• Collect and process monthly rental payments

Our Let Only Service:
